• Account information: name, email address, and profile image (from Google sign-in or provided by you).
• Payment information: processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Agent conversations: messages you send to your AI agent and the responses it generates.
• Usage data: message counts, login timestamps, and feature usage for billing and product improvement.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (magic links, billing receipts).
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
• To improve the Service based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns.

We do not use your conversations or agent data to train AI models. Your data is yours.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with these processors only as needed to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Neon — database hosting (your account and agent data).
• Upstash — caching and rate limiting.
• Google — OAuth sign-in (if you choose Google login).

Each processor has its own privacy policy and is bound by data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is kept for 30 days in case you resubscribe, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing us.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each user’s agent runs in its own isolated environment. We follow industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent for optional data uses.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
