Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2, 2026

1. What We Collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, and profile picture (pulled from your chosen sign-in method or entered by you).
  • Billing details: handled entirely by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank information.
  • Agent content:the messages and files you exchange with your agent, plus the personality and instructions you configure for it. This content is stored so your agent can remember past conversations — this persistent memory is a core part of the product. We do not read your conversations. Our team has no routine access to message contents, and conversation history is deliberately not exposed anywhere in our internal admin tools.
  • Usage information:high-level activity such as how many messages you’ve sent in a billing cycle, when you last signed in, and which features you use. This is needed to enforce plan limits and bill you correctly.
  • Technical data: basic diagnostic information such as error logs, browser type, IP address, and rough region. Used for security, fraud prevention, and fixing bugs.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To run the platform and deliver the features you subscribed to.
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, and issue refunds.
  • To send you essential emails — sign-in links, billing receipts, and important service notices.
  • To monitor and enforce fair-use and plan limits.
  • To detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • To understand aggregate, anonymised usage trends that help us improve the product.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your conversations or agent configuration to train AI models.

3. Service Providers

Running the platform requires a handful of behind-the-scenes service providers. We keep this list minimal and only share what each provider needs to do its job. Categories include:

  • A payment and subscription processor (also acting as our merchant of record for tax purposes).
  • A transactional email delivery provider.
  • Cloud hosting and database infrastructure providers.
  • An AI model provider that powers your agent’s replies.
  • An error-monitoring and performance-logging provider.
  • Sign-in and authentication providers (only used if you choose to log in through one of them).

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy obligations and may only process your data to deliver the specific service we’ve asked them for. We review this list periodically and update it when providers change.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account and its associated data for as long as you have an active subscription or are using the free parts of the service. If you cancel or your account becomes inactive, we keep your data for a short grace period (normally 30 days) so you can come back without losing anything, and then it is permanently deleted from our active systems. Backups may take a little longer to roll off. If you want everything wiped sooner, email us and we’ll take care of it.

5. Security

Data sent to and from the platform is protected in transit using TLS, and sensitive data is encrypted at rest on our infrastructure providers. Access to production systems is restricted, and conversation content is deliberately kept out of internal dashboards and tools. No online service can promise absolute security, but we take the protection of your data seriously and work continuously to improve our controls.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session while you’re using the platform. We do not run advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or profiling cookies. Disabling essential cookies will stop you from being able to sign in.

7. Children

MyJarvx is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 years old (or under the relevant minimum age in your country, if it is higher). If you believe a child has signed up, please contact us and we will remove the account promptly.

8. International Data

MyJarvx serves customers around the world, and our infrastructure providers operate servers in different regions. By using the platform, you understand that your data may be stored or processed outside the country you live in. We only work with providers that apply appropriate security and data protection standards.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain types of processing. These rights apply to everyone using the platform, regardless of where you live, and we honour them in line with applicable laws including the GDPR for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

  • Export: from Settings → Privacy & Data, you can download a JSON file with everything we hold about your account — profile, agents, conversation history, billing identifiers, and activity flags.
  • Delete: the same page lets you permanently delete your account. We cancel your subscription with our payment provider and remove your records from our active systems straight away. Backups roll off within the standard retention window described in Section 4.
  • Correction or restriction:you can update your profile from inside the app, or email us if you need anything we don’t expose in the UI changed or restricted.
  • Complaints:if you believe we haven’t handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. EU residents can also reach the authority of the country where we are established once we name a EU representative; until then, please write to us first and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

If you would prefer to make any of these requests by email instead of using the in-app controls, write to support@myjarvx.com and we will action it within 30 days.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this policy occasionally to reflect changes to the platform, the services we use, or the law. When we make a meaningful change, we’ll let you know by email or through an in-app notice at least 14 days before it takes effect.

11. Contact

If you have a question about how we handle your data, or you want to raise a privacy concern, email us at support@myjarvx.com. We aim to respond within a few business days.
