1. Service Overview

MyJarvx (“the Service”) is a software-as-a-service platform that provides each subscriber with a personal AI agent accessible via a web dashboard. The Service is operated by MyJarvx (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly cycle. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable; VAT is calculated and collected at checkout by our payment processor (Stripe) based on your billing address.

3. Usage Limits

Each subscription includes 500 AI messages per calendar billing cycle. A “message” is defined as one request sent to your AI agent that produces a response.

  • Unused messages do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Your message count resets to zero when your subscription renews.
  • Once you reach 500 messages in a billing cycle, your agent will stop accepting new messages until the cycle resets.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the included message allowance with 30 days’ notice. Any change applies from the start of your next billing cycle, not retroactively.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. To request a refund, email hello@myjarvx.com from the email address associated with your account. Refunds after the 7-day window are handled at our discretion.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share your account access with third parties.
  • Overload the Service with automated or scripted requests beyond normal use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Data & Privacy

Your conversations and agent configurations are private to your account. We do not use your data to train AI models. For full details see our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers which may experience outages. We are not liable for downtime or degraded performance caused by factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
