MyJarvx (referred to below as “Jarvx”, “the platform”, or simply “we”) gives each paying customer a personal AI agent that runs on our infrastructure and can be accessed through a web dashboard and connected channels. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to the terms below.
You need a valid email address to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything your account is used for. One person per account — accounts are personal and non-transferable. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us right away.
Jarvx is a monthly subscription service. Once you subscribe, your payment method is billed automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay each cycle; any applicable taxes are calculated by our payment provider during checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by you.
Every active subscription includes unlimited agent messaging for normal individual use, persistent memory across sessions, the agent personality and template tools described on the marketing site, and access to all currently available channels (web dashboard, plus any external channels we connect over time). To keep the service stable and affordable for everyone, usage is subject to the Fair Use rules below.
If Jarvx isn’t the right fit, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked. Just email support@myjarvx.com from your account’s email address. After the first 7 days, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed.
You can cancel any time from your account’s billing portal or by contacting support. When you cancel, your plan stays active for the rest of the current billing cycle and is not renewed afterwards. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within an ongoing cycle.

If we find an account violating these rules, we may pause or close it without warning, and we’re not obligated to issue a refund in that situation.
The conversations you have with your agent, together with any personality setup, files, and integrations you configure, belong to you and stay tied to your account. We do not use your content to train our AI models, and we don’t share it with advertisers. For a full breakdown of what we collect and why, see the Privacy Policy.
We work hard to keep Jarvx online and responsive, but we can’t promise zero downtime. The platform relies on external services (model providers, hosting, databases, payment processors, messaging APIs), and occasional outages, slowdowns, or feature changes on their end can affect us too. We’re not liable for disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Your agent is a software tool, not a professional advisor. Its replies can be incomplete, out of date, or occasionally wrong. Always double-check anything important — especially advice touching on legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical matters — before acting on it. You remain fully responsible for how you use the agent’s output.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to Jarvx is capped at the total amount you paid us during the three months before the claim arose. We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we were told such damages were possible.
These terms may be revised occasionally to reflect changes in the service, our business, or applicable law. When a material change happens, we’ll let you know by email or through an in-app notice at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using Jarvx after a change goes live means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using Jarvx at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account. We can also terminate your access for repeated or serious violations of these terms, long-running non-payment, or other conduct that puts the platform or its users at risk.
